Coverage varies by product category and is outlined below.

1. Limited Lifetime Warranty
Applies to Ryfa’s core metal load-bearing products, including:
  • Hitch bike racks
  • Roof bike racks
  • Rack extensions
  • Trailer hitch ball mounts / drop hitches
  • Other designated heavy-duty structural metal products
Coverage lasts for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product.
2. 3-Year Limited Warranty
Applies to Ryfa premium accessories and add-ons, including:
  • Loading ramps
  • Select rack add-ons
  • Other designated non-structural accessories
Coverage lasts for 3 years from the date of delivery.
3. 1-Year Limited Warranty
Applies to wood-based products, including:
  • Butcher block countertops
  • Wooden accessories, where applicable
Coverage lasts for 1 year from the date of delivery.

4. Arrival Guarantee for All Products
Every Ryfa product is backed by our arrival guarantee. If your order arrives:
  • Defective
  • Missing parts
  • With an incorrect item shipped
Let us know and we will make it right.
Claims for arrival issues must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Once received and verified, we aim to resolve eligible claims within 1–3 business days.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use, including:
  • Structural failure caused by a manufacturing defect
  • Defective welds, fasteners, bonded joints, or functional components where applicable
  • Material defects that impair safe and intended product performance
  • Workmanship defects that prevent proper installation or normal use

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover issues caused by or related to:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic wear, finish aging, scratches, fading, or minor surface corrosion that does not affect function
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation
  • Use beyond stated load limits, compatibility limits, or intended application
  • Damage caused by impact, overloading, improper vehicle fitment, or failure to follow instructions
  • Unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair
  • Commercial, rental, fleet, or industrial use unless the product is expressly rated for that use
  • Theft, loss, or damage during third-party transport after delivery
  • Labor charges, installation charges, removal charges, or other third-party service costs
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
For wood products only, this warranty also does not cover:
  • Natural variation in grain, color, or texture
  • Seasonal movement, expansion, contraction, or minor warping consistent with normal wood behavior
  • Damage caused by moisture, heat, improper sealing, improper storage, or improper care

Our Promise if There’s a Covered Problem

If we confirm a covered defect, Ryfa will, at our discretion:
  • Repair the product
  • Send a replacement part
  • Replace the product
  • Issue a full or partial refund, where appropriate

We want every Ryfa purchase to feel right the moment it arrives. If you decide within 30 days of delivery
that the product is not right for you, you may return it for a refund.

Returned items must be sent back in accordance with our return instructions and conditions.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To start a claim, please contact globalsales@ryfa.com and include:
  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Product name and SKU
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the problem
  • Your shipping address and contact details
If inspection, troubleshooting, or return of the item is required, our team will guide you through the next steps.

Response Time

We aim to respond to and resolve warranty and arrival-issue claims within 1–3 business days, depending on the information provided and the nature of the issue.

Important Notes

  • This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable
  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims
  • Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished to like-new function
  • Any replacement provided under warranty assumes the remaining warranty period of the original product unless otherwise required by law
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country
