Applies to wood-based products, including:- Butcher block countertops
- Wooden accessories, where applicable
4. Arrival Guarantee for All Products
- Defective
- Missing parts
- With an incorrect item shipped
Claims for arrival issues must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Once received and verified, we aim to resolve eligible claims within 1–3 business days.
What’s Covered
- Structural failure caused by a manufacturing defect
- Defective welds, fasteners, bonded joints, or functional components where applicable
- Material defects that impair safe and intended product performance
- Workmanship defects that prevent proper installation or normal use
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic wear, finish aging, scratches, fading, or minor surface corrosion that does not affect function
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation
- Use beyond stated load limits, compatibility limits, or intended application
- Damage caused by impact, overloading, improper vehicle fitment, or failure to follow instructions
- Unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair
- Commercial, rental, fleet, or industrial use unless the product is expressly rated for that use
- Theft, loss, or damage during third-party transport after delivery
- Labor charges, installation charges, removal charges, or other third-party service costs
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Natural variation in grain, color, or texture
- Seasonal movement, expansion, contraction, or minor warping consistent with normal wood behavior
- Damage caused by moisture, heat, improper sealing, improper storage, or improper care
